Introducing Alice Feetham, the latest addition to Flying High!
Alice has a wealth of professional acting experience - including roles on ITV, the BBC and Sky Atlantic - and joins us to share this with our members across the age groups.
She has been teaching the new Lamda drama classes, as well as covering classes while Rachel was performing in new musical 'Grace: The Lighthouse Girl.'
She will also be working with the cast of our Edinburgh Fringe play 'Dear Lucy...' as a dramaturg and will also lead some of the school workshops which are taking place as part of our 'Then & Now' project.
Alice trained as an actor at the Manchester School of Theatre and the National Youth Theatre Rep company.
For NYT Rep, she played Portia in The Merchant of Venice, Ellen in Wuthering Heights and Kayla in the stage debut of Evan Placey’s Consensual.
Since graduating in 2015 Alice’s screen credits include ITV’s DCI Banks, BBC drama In The Dark, Paul Abbott’s critically acclaimed No offence for Channel 4, Walk Like A Panther for 21st Century Fox and she can currently be seen playing series regular ‘Bernie’ in Save Me for Sky Atlantic opposite Stephen Graham.
In addition to working as a workshop leader for Flying High, Alice works as a freelance director and facilitator for the National Youth Theatre. She runs their annual intake auditions in London and throughout the Midlands, directs NYT’s acting for TV and screen masterclass week long courses and facilitates on various other creative projects throughout the year.
Alice really brings a lot to Flying High and she is very welcome!
